Anjou Blanc is a dry wine, defined not only by its impetuous character but also by a remarkable aromatic elegance. This wine, exclusively made from Chenin harvested when completely mature, is complex with fragrances of overripe white fruits and with an almost smooth structure. The use of Chardonnay grapes adds notes of spring flowers, making this wine ideal for drinking when young.
