Out of one land, in Tautavel (limestone and clay).
Picked three times (only the dried part of the grapes are choosen).
Vinified and aged in oak barrels 1.5 years.
No "mutage": the fermentation has not been stopped so the wine is not syrupy, like traditionnal "late harvest".
So, it's strong and can suit a spicy meal (Asian, Indian or Mediterranean food).
